- AI is smarter with better dodging
- Directional inputs for specials require more precision

- Getup is faster
- Cannot be grabbed in block reaction, added knockback
- SPDG escape flashes green, and can block sooner
- Block state can continue while starting new inputs
- Comprehensive hit box and hit pause refinement
- Poison affects opponent's axe less
- Dive kicks are slower (IE Santo BKUF)
- Flipping jump kicks are faster (IE Furacao BKUF)
- Some normals are slower, travel less (IE Loka FKB)
- Shield pushes opponents away when they hit
- Hyper bar now charges from any attack except weak
- Hyper Bar is persistent between survival matches
- Lei Long FPSP is faster
- Saryn FKSP is faster and can cancel using FP
- Saturno FPSP hits low
- Cobra FPSP hits overhead, FKSP and Hyper 3 Juggle

WHAT'S NEW IN LEGACY EDITION?
It's been about 20 years since CF3 was first released. I've continued to tinker with it over the years and am excited to finally share this updated version for free.
60 frames per second! The original CF3 was made at 30 frames per second to work in Flash on old machines. Legacy Edition runs at 60 FPS for smoother more responsive gameplay.
Character rebalance! All 29 fighters have been adjusted to better balance the game and make combos more fun and reliable. Experiment with each character to discover some updated attack properties, and check the combo videos on my YouTube channel: 'Scott Stoddard' @applepointy
Visual improvements! Hit FX, Lighting, Shadows and Hyper FX have all been redone for a more exciting and immersive visual experience.
New computer opponent AI! The entire logic for the computer has been rewritten to create the most interesting and challenging CF3 AI opponents ever! I will likely continue to adjust this and add more nuance to the behavior. Please share feedback on the Capoeira Fighter 3 Community Discord to help refine the process.

Install instructions
Extract the zip file and run 'CF3 Legacy' to play the game.
Check 'CF3 Read First' for additional setup instructions.
-> right click on the 'CF3 Legacy' and choose Properties > Compatibility > Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution to run full screen.

Duuuuude, I was in high school when this game came out, and it actually got me into capoeira, so seeing it updated hit me right in the feels; runs like a dream

A video please on how to configure a control🥴
Instructions in the readme. Basically run JoyToKey, then set buttons on the gamepad configuration to keys. I open a text file so I can test pressing gamepad buttons to see if it is typing the right key. Should only need to configure once.

In Windows set the EXE to run in 640x480 and the game will run much better.
Right Click CF3 Legacy.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Run in 640x480
